Tackling Desk Life | A new 45 minute desk yoga workshop to educate your team and build greater awareness about the impact of sitting at our desks and being fixed to our devices.
This workshop provides practical exercises for self managing this impact, and guides the team through a fun and achievable desk yoga routine.
No lycra or headstands required!! this is about forming new and realistic habits for real life at our desks.
TEAM YOGA CLASSES
Regular team yoga classes to inspire employees into better wellbeing in the mind and body. We offer two class styles AGILE and BASE.
AGILE is a more high energy, challenging class, inspired by dynamic and vinyasa flow yoga. BASE is a slower more static class similar to Hatha yoga and inclusive of some restorative yoga. Both classes can be delivered to mixed levels of fitness and yoga experience.
Classes are usually held at lunchtime or towards the end of the day. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)
